Most visible and creative young artists of the contemporary Slovenian jazz scene united with influential musicians from the international and the New York jazz scene for this brass spectacle, consisting of 4 Trumpets, 4 Trombones, 3 Saxophones, Tuba and Drums.
Most visible and creative young artists of the contemporary Slovenian jazz scene united with influential musicians from the international and the New York jazz scene for this brass spectacle, consisting of 4 Trumpets, 4 Trombones, 3 Saxophones, Tuba and Drums. Young musicians from Slovenia, all recent graduates from different Jazz Conservatories around Europe started a community of avant-thinking people that share the will of exploring improvised music. With top artists from the international jazz scene like Alex Sipiagin, Johnatan Powell, Andy Hunter that were their mentors, they share now the stage with them to explore and expand artistic boundaries and musical concepts.
1st time presented on the festival Jazz Cerkno in Slovenia, the band started immediately to radiate powerful energy.
This hybrid of musical styles, original compositions from the band members, clearness of idea and energetic interpretation is something that stays with you long after the concert is finished.
